Varies by dealership. I have been in many dealerships through the Midwest. I am from MI and all these dealerships suck. I have had great experiences with Ft. Wayne HD and some in KY and Ohio. TN dealerships I have been have ignored me pretty much. I guess I do not have the "I am buying a motorcycle" look. So it just depends...
