I think the “buy what you like not what other people make you feel you need to” is one of the best pieces of advise on this! Beautiful collection! Lately the pin community has blown up with values and people throwing stupid money at things. It’s easy to get swept up by the hype over a certain item and I’m not saying that those pins aren’t beautiful but often times there’s a lot of others that are just as nice but don’t get nearly as much love because they aren’t limited or the creator isn’t as popular. Another great piece of advise a friend of mine gave me for pin or really any collecting and sth you’ve also mentioned in your videos: Be patient. Don’t be sad if you can’t find that one grail item yet, don’t feel the need to stretch and blow your budget. One day an opportunity for this item will come up where someone is happy with exactly what you can offer and that will be your lucky day xx

When I joined the HP community, I would say "I'm not into pins, they aren't my thing". Until I came across LitJoys INTERACTIVE resurrection stone pin, which is revealed when you slide open the Golden Snitch that contains it "inside" and the Golden Snitch even has the words I OPEN AT THE CLOSE on it!!!😍 That's when I realized I was a pin person, but only an interactive pin person!🤣

@@VictoriaMaclean Hopefully they restock it. I love that LitJoy has the option for us to vote for items to be restocked! I vote like every day for the items I've missed out on, on account of me joining the HP community late in Oct 2020. One item that I want so bad, is Snape's memory vial, which I think currently isn't listed for restock. BUT LitJoy said that's because they are working out the details with the creator on being able to meet demand. So hopefully it will get restocked 🤞along with all the other items I want!

I prefer to wear the pins to give a magical touch to my cloth. The Bellatrix daga, the flying key, the masks, potion bottles, the map ... I love them so much. Thank you for showing us your fantastic collection and telling your stories about them and your advice as always.

From Sept 2010- Jan 2020 I made 22 trips to universal Orlando. For merchandise what moves well they continue to offer. For same if they don't sell well they don't renew. Sometimes supplier goes out of business. Even the Dobby pins are reinagined. Basically you must buy when you see it. This applies to tshirts too.

Yes very true my lovely. It’s the same with Noble Collection as well. They make only 1 massive lot. Once that’s sold, they don’t normally make more but have done on a handful of items in the past xx

Yes! This might be the most expensive pin, I've ever purchased! But I actually used my Lunacorn points to buy it. I couldn't bring myself to actually purchase it without some kind of savings. So happy LitJoy has a rewards program!

Tip for new collectors; make sure that the pin is real! Many should have details on the back. Don't buy pins if they should have details on the back and they don't, they are fake. Also, regarding the Christmas at Hogwarts and Halloween in the Great Hall pins; neither are Limited Edition, their packaging doesn't have the "L" symbol or the statement "Limited Edition" to indicate as such. Probably seasonal.
