Update from me... the Cleveland Grays Armory is actually a museum. I thought I read somewhere that there were offices rented in that building, but that maybe have been old or wrong info. Very happy to hear that it an an open-to-the-public location that celebrates its history!

The place next to Franklins Castle, that has the garden and Stations of the Cross is St. HERMANS House of Hospitality (which has a Chapel in it).

Cleveland native here. Nazis had no affiliation with the franklin castle.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I certainly am no expert on Cleveland, but I really enjoyed my single day of exploring. My source for the video, linked in the description, is an article by Laura DeMarco of The Plain Dealer where she writes, "In later years, its tunnels and hidden passages allegedly made it a Prohibition favorite - and a meeting place for local members of the Nazi Party." I try to find reliable sources.... in any case, there are always going to be whispers that turn into urban legends. I don't know how strong Laura's source is for her article 🤷♀

Ha, yeah for sure - I called myself out for the misidentification. Definitely a cool area - thanks for watching!
