My heaviest log session yet || Last Arnold UK training video

The time has come to head to the UK! We filmed this training session about three weeks ago and at the time it was my heaviest session of the training block. I did end up doing one more log session right before heading out that was heavier at five reps of 432, but we did not film that session. The whole team is quite excited to head over seas, see you all there!
