Hello I would just like to add my 2cent, it may not be that you didn’t tighten your bolt enough. The bushing sleeve in the hellwig rod is bigger than the bolt you used to attach the rod. That slop between the bolt and the bushing sleeve is under very high stress when you drive it probably just worked loose. Your new fix may work in the short term but the motion of the arm will probably cause more of issue like a broken bolt which will suck. Lots of people are dealing with this on rams with the hellwig rods. You can call them talk to their tech people and they can get you a smaller sleeve for the bushing. Or you need to take that welded nut off and in stall the bolts that came with the kit. Love your videos hate to see you have more problems with a great sway bar kit.

Put locking lugs on this weekend... and yep... several lug nuts felt like they were just snug on the wheel. I wouldn't say mine were "hand tight", but definitely not torqued from the factory.

I'd suggest at lease getting a grade class 10.9 as well. (8.8 is more common - but, it can snap easir)

Split ring lock washers will loosen up faster than no washer at all…check out engineerdog.com/2015/01/11/10-tricks-engineers-need-to-know-about-fasteners/ Take a look at the bolted joints that came from Ram…I bet you won’t find any OEM split ring lock washers, and it’s not because Ram was too cheap to buy split ring lock washers, it’s because they actually loosen up faster. If your other sway bar was installed with split ring lock washers then remove them as quickly as you can!

I did it to test and see how loud it got. Looks like Ram added them to get back down to the 95db legal limit. With them closed get 1 to 2 db higher

the truck isn’t that tall do u really need steps i purchased mine with the steps as it blocks a lot of what would hit my truck from the wheels as well as they stick out just enough to catch a door hitting from another car

I wouldn't say brittle but the sway bar part was my fault. There wasn't any instructions so I didn't have any torque specs to go by
