I loved it before but now it’s stunning! Loving the canard charm. Also loving the Kelly messenger but I’m 6’4” and I don’t think the strap is long enough for me. Congrats Nicolas. 🙂

Great video! Always enjoy watching your content! I also have a vintage Kelly 32 from 1976, which I purchased on the second hand market. I have been contemplating having it sent to the Hermes Spa as well for cleaning/repair. While I am confident that my bag is authentic, I have also heard from others that if Hermes deems it to be inauthentic, they will not even return the item.... Would you know anything about this? Also, once Hermes offers a quote, is it possible to retrieve the bag if I don't want to proceed? Thank you!

Hi Christopher, thank you for watching my video :) I had no discussion with the after care specialist about this unauthenticity issue. Before keeping my bag, he did inspect it rather carefully, so I assume he would have let me know if he would have seen an issue with it. I am not sure what is their internal procedure on that matter though. Once Hermes offers the quote you are free to deny the repair and get your bag back if you do not want to proceed. Hope this helps!

Thanks for watching and for your comment. In my case, my SA put me in touch with the after care specialist of the Hermes store. This person is the one taking care of everything, including the relation with the repair center and the logistics. Hope it helps.

You would have to contact your closest boutique and talk to the Hermes after care specialist. If you do not have a boutique near to where you live, maybe try their customer service, I am sure they will help you.

Hi Nicholas. I'm in San Diego. I have a bag I want to get fixed (Toolbox) due to some fading/discolartion). I want to drop it off at the spa vs dropping it at Hermes and having it shipped. I have a Hermes boutique near me but the SAs there aren't that friendly. I'll drop it off with them to ship if I have to but I rather just go to the spa and talk with them in person. I heard there is a Spa in LA? Is that true?

Hi Debbie, in order to use the Hermes Spa service you have to go to a boutique and the aftercare specialist will take care of the process for you. The person that took care of my bag in the OC was lovely.
