The vault boy is here!!!! Also don’t get used to seeing Shinzo for a while. Hate to be the bearer of bad news for that but he won’t be around for more then just glimpses for a while. Also the “bird masks” are actually plague doctor masks. Which where used a long time ago to keep the town doctor safe from the plague. It basically acts as a air filter so the doctor didn’t have to breath in the corrupted air.

And the anime will go deeper into why Overhaul says people are sick, so i don't want to spoil anything, but his mask design is something pretty cool based on the Plague Doctors from the time of the Plague, they never mention it but it's a cool design choice that fits his mentality

Twice part is important for the Set up of Overhaul. Also you are on the mark about Overhaul. And Shinsho is a tease for us manga readers. Twice own quirk broke him mentally. His part shows not all villians are villians because they want to be, some have their quirks messed up their minds. Also there all more than one Villian groups. The first half of this episodes showing how villians are being more organized and forming groups.

so little known fact about shinso that was only put in a side panel (from a manga already made in to an ep) has never been put in an ep he get his power from his mom and his looks from his dad his dad's quirk is that he has no need for sleep at all he looks like he is sleepy all the time but is not. he is not a "hero" he is a doctor with 4 PHDs. his mom has the power to brainwash people she touches so shinso's power is just a little different from hers
