The World can't be damaged by a non-stand user. Also, DIO can't be killed if there's no UV light. DIO would oof him.

Dahir but DIO was literally killed by a strong blow from Star Platinum. Extreme force can kill DIO if it hits a large amount of his body or including his head

That's where you're wrong kiddo. First of all, just to counter that DIO can be killed if he's oofed by a large amount of hits on his body or his head, that's all fake news. He was literally sliced by a sword through his body and survived. Not to mention he lived for 90 years without a fucking body and only his head. With that statement by Star Platinum oofing DIO, DIO wasn't killed directly, his stand was. His stand isn't invincible. That was literally his only weakness including hamon and UV light. Dio before he got his stand was invincible. After though, not anymore. But, that wouldn't happen if he faced All Might. It takes a stand to damage a stand. All Might doesn't have a stand and couldn't even see the stand too. DIO would heckin' rodarollada him.
