Yes! Energy management is the name of the game for me in 2025 and also compassion. Sometimes I think I am not doing much but then BOOM a completed project LOL took 3 months instead of a weekend but it got done in baby steps. Thanks for watching!

To replace trigger list I use the phrase reference or reminders depending on what the list is. For instance I have a routine reminder in front of my planner and daily reminders on my daily pages that I print out. Using the word trigger also gives me the ick.
