@@koushikvarma6706 It's 5.6k now for Tower6. Tower6 is considered valuable as it's next to entrance and 100 feet road plus away from track. If we consider 300 Rs extra value for it, still the price is considered to be 300 to 400 Rs increase from December

These real estate companies are suckers..they got the land at dirt cheap rates long time ago and charging too much. Even people with 20lac salary can't afford these and if taken EMI, they will be stuck financially for their entire life..so sad
