One-word review - Loose talk. Not sure if he read the RERA document or not. Ex: Refugee Area - There are 3 dedicated refugee areas in each tower on different floors. Also, he is claiming no high-rise project in Hyderabad is providing even an inch to the refugee area. This is wrong. Projects like Aparna Zenon, Rajpusha Privincia, etc. already have dedicated refugee areas.
