Well luckily I don’t deal with drive thrus and haven’t for almost a year now. I quit eating fast food restaurants and I also recently quit eating at franchise restaurants in general, I only eat at single brand small businesses locations now. You get better quality food and much better waiter/waitress service

As someone that has been watching your videos for over 7 years, I can proudly say that every single time you go out to fast food restaurants (or any for the matter), you're very advocate about their work and treating them with kindness and respect. Never have I seen you be any less than an angel when treating a waiter. So I was shook when she came through with that attitude. I've worked for fast food places, being paid less than minimum wage and being disrespected by my bosses. But NEVER have I treated poorly a single client. You can have a bad day, you can be a bit grumpy, but that attitude? Had corporate been doing an inspection and she would've been on the line, hope you were okay :c. I know I would've been upset. Also you dealt with the situation so formally and proper... I'm proud 💁🏼‍♂

You handled that interaction with her so well when she was rude. At almost all the restaurants I have been at when you go to list your items they always respond after each one - as a way to ensure they heard you and got it down. Either by repeating the item, an “okay”, or even a “uh-huh”. But okay maybe they are different there - but she was still rude. You explained why you were stopping each time so well and she could’ve said “Oh no worries. I got you. Just go ahead and list everything you would like and I’ll repeat it all back at the end.” Or something along those lines. Either way I’m glad you enjoyed some of the food. I haven’t had this place or White Castle before so its nice to be able to see what other fast food restaurants are out there and if their food is good or not if I ever get the chance to be near them 😅

Some people have processing and sensory issues or bad anxiety and need time to get themselves together. I used to be a supervisor at a movie theater, if I overheard an employee say that I’d make them start over and slowly and clearly confirm each item for the order.

Yes, I live in Memphis and we have Krystal. Their food is good going down, but it always gives me gas or stomach ache like you mentioned with White Castle. They also sell breakfast, maybe try that next Timmy. And when i order fast food, i don't pause, i go full force. I used to do drive thru and preferred them not to pause. Hi Timmy! Love your channel! We went to Krystal's for the first time while visiting my husband's family in Georgia. I love White Castle and my husband always says Krystal's is better. When we walked in the tables were dirty and my son said no...we are not eating in here. Then after ordering it to go, when I went to get my drink the beverage squirted from both sides when pressing the button 😆getting on my shirt. The employees acted like they didn't know the machine was broken but said it was doing that all day. The burgers looked weird. We ate the fries. Here is a memory burned forever into my brain via Crystal. My first trip to Disney world with all three of my children. Ages 11, 8 and 2. My daughter being the youngest. Driving down from Washington DC we drove all night so the kids could sleep arriving into orlando Thanksgiving day. I had assumed we would be able to find a place offering thanksgiving food...I was wrong. Im almost in tears about it (Exhaustion does strange things to your body!) and the boys are chanting they want to try krystal. I relent so we can just get something and get to our hotel. My two year old daughter horks down a couple burgers and proceeds to projectile vomit all over herself, the car, the carseat...everything. We stopped on the side of the highway, removed her clothes and her carseat, changed her clothes and left that sh*t sitting on the side of the highway and drove to our hotel. Had to go to walmart and buy another carseat and scrub down my van. Ill never go to Crystal again for the rest of my living days!

But on this one alone I first want to tell you that we don't have a Krystal's here in Medford Oregon but based on that person's attitude in the drive thru I hope we never do or if we do better service will be given with less attitude.
