Im a huge fan of urs.... Love the way of presentation... Since 2 yrs ago im also suffering from L4- L5 disc bulge... Im also undrrgone Ayurveda treatment for 47 days... Since my condition was very chronic... Now im pregnant, and again im suffering from disc bulge.. Can u do a video regarding the treatment, recovery, exercises that help u to recover soon, and lifestyle management....

എനിക്കും ഇതേ പോലെ തെന്നെ നടുവേദന കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ഉണ്ട്...14 days കിടക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു... മോൻ ബ്രേസ്‌റ്ഫീഡിങ് സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ട് വന്നിട്ടേ കാര്യം ഉള്ളു.. അത് കഴിഞ്ഞ് വരാൻ പറഞ്ഞു..24 age ആയിട്ടെ ഉള്ളു... ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞു റസ്റ്റ്‌ കിട്ടിയില്ല.. മോൻ ഉറങ്ങാറീ ഇല്ല... അതോണ്ട് നടു ഡാമേജ് ആയി... ഭയങ്കര പൈൻ ആണ്... വിത്യാസം ഉണ്ടോ ഇപ്പോൾ?
