The cowl’s shape is slightly off. It’s too bulbous, and the exaggerated/sharp temples aren’t prominent on the sculpt. Plus the thickness of the neck and how it’s cut kinda throws things off. But personally, I think it’s slightly better overall than InArt’s… However, I’ve ordered a custom headsculpt which I should hopefully receive in a couple of months which looks WAY better than both. Regardless, I love the Hot Toys figure just as it is.

What are all the modifications you did for the Battinson?

OSK cape, X Customs collar. Not present in this video, but I’ve also added subtle padding to the pecs, lats and crotch area (this requires adding a zipper to the back of the suit, which I’ve unfortunately had issues with - so the back is left partially open with a semi-working zipper. I wouldn’t recommend any body mods for that reason alone). I intend to repaint the suit and replace the headsculpt at some stage too. I’ll probably upload a video showcasing this figure exclusively once all that’s done. Thanks for watching!

Hot Toys just announced their Batman Returns 2.0 figure! I won’t be getting it though… I’m hoping someone makes a really great Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman soon, and she’ll be my representation for that film in the collection :)

Hot Toys haven’t made George Clooney’s Batman yet! It’s something I’m really looking forward to though, their prototype looked awesome. Jack Nicholson is actually my favourite Joker, but the Hot Toys figures of him are very rare and expensive. Same goes for Heath Ledger’s Joker. We can’t have everything! But very grateful for what I DO have.
