My brother ask the solar panel guy to cover/close the batteries system area because it’s inside the house and you never know with kids walking around or even visitors with kids. You need to close that area from people. It will be better outside in a little area you could build because I can hear the noise of the batteries but it’s a choice thing if you’re Okay with it. Really good job on the house and congrats.

Beautiful cleaning job. I like that you fumigated first before cleaning. Some cleaning companies clean first then fumigate, lock the doors and go away. You come back to your house and find dead insects, wall geckos and lizard in some rooms and you have to clean that yourself. Personal experience. The approach of fumigate first and clean later is better. I did that second time around.

Thank you for your input! It’s a valid point. Ideally, doing the landscaping first can prevent damage to the paint. However, the timing worked out better for painting first in this case. I’ll ensure any touch-ups are handled carefully once the landscaping is complete.

No, I didn't use cladding on my toilet walls. It's all tiles. However, cladding can be a great option and I believe you should be able to find some good options in Nigeria
