Did you reach out to your realtor to complain about what you experienced? She or he should have advised you better. 1st with the inspection. 2. With the walk through. 3. She should have checked that house before and after they moved out. She or he should have reached out to the seller Realtors to communicate the filth and problems you moved into. Try and get some compensation even though the deal is complete. It can't hurt. Show those videos and complain on both realtors websites. I am sure they don't want the bad press. Those videos would have been everywhere. Your realtor did not look out for you at all!
