Ingredients
Cabbage
1 cup milk
2 onions
vegetable oil
450 grams of mushrooms
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 cup rinsed rice
Salt
pepper
Provencal herbs
Granulated garlic
Cumin (optional)
Parsley
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
Some olive oil
3 cups of water
Salt
pepper
1 tsp sugar
Sour cream for serving

I am enjoying your videos and am learning a lot (including a little German) !! I am from Boston, MA - USA - and while I don't cook - (I'm old and family takes good care of me ) I do like to pass on recipes that look good - yours always look GREAT - Bless You ! I do have a question - I have noticed that carrots are very frequently used in your recipes - including sauces - and that red peppers are called paprikas???? But you also use the spice paprika - so it is a bit confusing -
