This was the first video I watched of Lily Petals 8 yrs ago, at the time I knew this marriage was not going to last. The lack of difficult communication on both sides, respect, and indifference is what broke this marriage. I just recently started watching Lily Petals again. I live with someone who kinda act like that... But worse and better at the same time. More kind and considerate but also more agreesive. My father is also like that (I don't have much contact with him)... I saw myself acting that way sometimes and it always pissed me off. I'm new to this channel I've literally seen just three videos... But I've learnt much already. And i want to learn more. The narcissist here is clearly her.. get this.. he doesn’t like 5 guys but because she hasn’t had it he’s there and he’s eating it with her and ate her burger after she threw a fit about some onions and tomato even though he was clearly very tired…after he asks everyone and even himself rhetorically if he/they should get yogurt because i’m guessing he and kids like yogurt to which she doesn’t even respond with “if you want”, she responds with “i don’t like yogurt”, as if the question was if she likes yogurt… and if you answer a “should we get yogurt” with “i don’t like yogurt”… then common sense you’re saying no we shouldn’t get yogurt because YOU don’t like yogurt. Which is a double standard a hypocrisy to earlier about going to 5 guys even if he doesn’t like 5 guys. i don’t know… but she seemed rude to me. In fact, she complained so demandingly that she needs the veggies in it… but he actually already quietly said that he can get another one. He wasn’t being aggressive, and already was concerned there was nothing inside. She started getting pouty. He then said before getting another one just try first if you even like it… because hello the taste of the burger definitely doesn’t come from the veggies… it’s from the bun and the meat. She could’ve just calmly accepted what he said when he said he can get another one. I would’ve said, “yeah that’s fine you forgot. Do you want this one? if not maybe you can just ask them for the onions and tomato on side and let’s just put it in the burge le ourselves or if you’re any this one then yeah get me another one with the works. thank you honey” but she was being so fussy over onions and tomatoes. I think it’s quite clear that based on Jame’s initiate reaction of saying “i can go get another one” and was proceeding to get out until she started snapping at him… that James always goes out to get things… what’s wrong with her getting it herself as well? It’s healthy for a man to say he doesn’t want to be the one to get something. This happens a lot in a normal marriage, you as the woman can also go out the car to grab things. People saying he thinks of himself, but how is he thinking of himself when even before she noticed he already said “oh no i think iw a supposed tot elk them to put the onions and tomato in there… open it let’s see”…. that’s clearly someone observant and take accountability. Also FYI onions and tomato aren’t veggies. Both these people have english as a secondary language yet he can convey his emotions more healthy than her and communicate calmly than her.

I was actually thinking the same thing. She can also go inside and get it herself. It’s not that big of a deal. It is weird that he bought just one burger to begin with though. That seems a little strange and on purpose. And his comment about how that’s just how her face is probably just big and to stop blaming the camera was definitely unnecessary. He could’ve just kept his mouth shut. Now if he had said it in a joking and teasing way that would be different but he didn’t, he said it in a matter of fact tone.
