If my husband said that me, I would of told my husband right then and there if he did something to that house I would divorce his ass.

If I was in that situation and he started pressuring me to demolish my family home, I’d have dropped him and moved into the home. There’s no way I would live with in laws that I disliked. Inheriting anything from anyone is not martial property and cannot be divided. I’d have left all three of them twisting in the wind and filed for divorce.
