My family and I drove from TX to ft walton in June. That same beach and it was beautiful weather and we had an awesome time. We rented a home but next time we want to stay at a condo on the beach like yours. Kudos to your husband for helping that lady.

😂😂😂 Something similar happened to me in Madeira beach, Florida, about 10 years ago. My husband was in the water with my daughters. Giiiirrrrrrrlllllll, when I saw “the shark”, I ran from the beach chair to the shore, in two seconds flat. “SHARK!” “SHARK!” It was a dolphin 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The locals just laughed at me 😩

Me and my daughter went to Desitin July 26 to 29....we stay in a Condo apt on Ellis Rd...ate at Pampano Joe's and Surf Hut....Gulfarium was awesome....love dolphins and sea lions great show.... looking forward to going back...toll booths not good but reasonable..... LOVE DESITIN FL....

Oh wow! We just came back on Monday from Destin for our family vacay and had a blast! We would definitely go back. We rented a condo just like that as well. I tell people that it's like going on a tropical island without leaving the states because you get to meet so many people from the islands. Especially working at Walmart, lol.

Definitely next time rent a pontoon boat for crab island but you have to be really careful out there. One minute youre on the sandbar and then there can be a drop off.

We’ve been to Destin a few times we stay at the Sea Oats...love it there. I live in central west Florida. Takes about 9 hours even for us. I love it 🥰 there !!!!!! We went to Foley Alabama to Lambert’s house of the throwing rolls and the City is all outlets stores👏🏼🙌🏼👍🏼

Where did you stay in Destin? I lived and worked in Destin. Whataburger actually. Loved it. Wtg Black Panther. The little area is called Crab Island because of all of the crabs. They come up and pinch your toes. It is only knee high. Very shallow in some areas.
