30:48 New Yorker here! The MTA actually offers a card that gives you unlimited swipes on the subway and buses. A 30-day pass (which most people living here buy) is only $130, which is honestly a steal for unlimited uses of both the subway and buses all over NYC. So commuting can definitely add up for visitors, but it's actually super affordable for those of us living here. Big fan of the pod BTW, I always catch each week's episode!

I use to think like Suketu but with time my perspective changed regarding money. I remember watching the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. On her death before she was lowered into the ground, they took away her Specter, Orb and her crown which is worth BILLION'S of dollar. That is a good example of no mater how much wealth you have, how much money you have saved, at the end of it all, you loose all your portfolios, all assets, all your belongings. You are born naked and you leave naked. So invest in your health, remain healthy and spend money while you have gift of LIFE.

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE but - Single stocks are things I used every day (apple, Nvidia, tesla, ect.) Index funds - FIAIX is my fav. High yield savings I used discover - but will switch when i find a good deal. I will be making a "Path to a Million" video soon
