Certified Professional Dog Trainer here… The presence of the treats are actually slowing her down and distracting her on top of taking time for her to chew. I would use tiny pieces of cheese and keep them behind you not in your hand. Also be careful not to reinforce her on a non-variable reinforcement schedule. what this means is if you reinforce her every third time or every fourth time it’s going to automatically caused her to pause after that many repetitions. Variable schedules of reinforcement produce more robust behavior. If you haven’t tried using a clicker or a verbal marker with her that would be an excellent way to blow this record out of the water! It’s rare that I can watch a dog channel and be impressed by the amount of genuine care for the pets well being given by the person making the video… But you truly cared to give her brakes etc.… Well done!
