My Ibiza Running Challenge - 5km / 5 Days / 5 Locations
Hi Guys,
Hoping you enjoy my challenge of 5km / 5 consecutive days in 5 different locations around Ibiza.
Here are the routes:-
0-5km - Port des Torrent / San Antonio Bay 01:30
Starting in Port des Torrnet and headed around the rocks in front of the hotel Seaview. Continued towards the bay past Kumharas, Amare hotel to the beach in front of hotel Playa Bella. Home stretch along the main road into Port des Torrent
5-10km - Ibiza Town 03:55
Along the marina in Ibiza town passing places such as Lio, Casino de Ibiza, into marina botafoch and along to ferry/cruise ship terminal and lighthouse of Illa Grossa. Return leg towards Talamanca, past Pacha and finishing at the Ibiza Gran hotel
10-15km - Salinas 07:05
Parked behind Salinas beach and ran over the Salt flats towards Cap des Falco, home of experimental beach. Return the same route spotting flamingos
15-20km - Santa Eulalia 12:15
Started by the river, along the paseo / beach and onto the marina. Return leg through the centre of Santa Eulalia
20-25km - San Antonio 15:38
Started by the hotel Hawaii beach and along the promenade passing O beach, Ibiza Rocks diner, Eden/Es Paradise, the marina and onto the sunset strip. The return leg was via the West End

Really enjoyed this Nick. Well done on the running! Nice to see Es Codolar beach by the airport as I don’t suppose many people get there, but although it’s tricky to walk on, it’s the most amazing place. So quiet until the planes arrive, and then it’s great for aircraft spotting!

Beautiful spot but not the most comfy to relax on! That’s where the sunbeds and Experimental beach come in :) it is off the beaten track but worth it

run forrest run .. great vid nick some cool locations .... me and the wife always stay in portinatx never really venture around the island lol but things will change this next trip

Thanks 😊 I was thinking of using the soundtrack to forest gump at one point ha ha. Hope you manage to visit soon. For sure Portinatx is beautiful but highly recommend hiring a car and exploring. If you need a tips just give me shout 👍

Very good idea mate to show whilst u get fit 👍shame that sky wasn't blue ! Will you be vlogging as much when season kicks in or will you be to busy with guest? Great to hear everything reopening high hopes for the season 🙌 unfortunately we won't be affording anything aboard this year 😢 lol

Hoping to keep the vlogging up but summer is crazy busy (well usually) - might have to be shorter vlogs but think that would work well to show Ibiza in the summer. Shame you can't make it out this summer :( cheers

I really want to come around Easter time one year and explore more! Always too hot in the summer to walk around 🤣 we have drove all around the island and found some amazing remote beaches! The dream would be to retire there!

This time of the year would always be this quiet as ever in “normal” circumstances very few visitors to the island. This winter weather has been amazing - we are just having a grey/cloudy week. Storms predicted tomorrow

They have absolutely destroyed the area , I remember walking from Milord to Cala de bou apartments seeing pine trees and from there to the next hotel was 200 metres distance.

Inspiring vlog Nick. I haven’t done any running since before the first lockdown. Would struggle to run for a bus if I had to. An Ibiza beach body is the only incentive to get me running again now 🦎
