I don't think IDFSGS is *fully* discontinued, as IDFSGS Premium will release around summer this year, and hopefully continue the lore.

I have no idea. If a game updates, it doesn't mean that version is published; it simply means someone opened it up in Roblox Studio for whatever reason.
