My ideal morning routine would be: Getting up at 7:30am, having a coffee, going for a run, coming back home and taking time for showering, breakfast and getting ready. The thing is, with my ideal morning routine I'm never ready before 11am 😅 And this is not really compatible with my job 🙈

Hey Charlotte! I love to take my time in the shower too 😅 Bath/shower time is like a "me time" for me where I can just be at peace. Other than that, I love the feeling of the shower on my head and back which relaxes me a lot. One of my advices for showering quickly based on my experience is have really strong water flow to do all the work for you 😅

I wasn't a morning person for the longest time either but one of the best things I ever did for myself was sleeping with my phone across the room so it forces me to get out of bed when my alarm goes off! Starting small and not trying to do too much at once will help you build a routine and stop you from getting too overwhelmed at the start :)
