My mom was like that; she loved pens, especially gel pens. Everytime we went to Target or Walmart she would head straight for the pens 😊

I just bought a energel pear pen 0.7 needle point and i love it. Came to the conclusion that drawing with just gel pens and markers is both soothing and refreshing. No more trying to find the right utensil.😊

Maybe I'll get the same pen for my sketchbook too. Been using microns for a while but I do like how the pen looks like it glides on the paper. Love your linework as always Rin. It's really inspiring.

Hi! I am planning to use paperlike screen protector for my iPad But I heard it could damage your Apple Pen tip, you think it's worth the worn out? What's your experience with paperlike screen?

Hello! I find that my pencil tip does indeed wear down quite a bit from the paperlike screen protector but it is really determined by your own drawing habits! Like how frequently you draw and how much pressure you use! Changing the pressure sensitivity in your art program (if applicable) will help relieve that pressure! I find it worth it as the wear for me is over a significant amount of time! I have only changed my nib once so far over the 4 years that I had it! I also think that the wear will be more noticable when the texture of the paperlike is still fresh! The texture of the screen protector will eventually wear down too and become less rough! I have used the Zoegaa screen protector in the past too and its a good dupe but it has a bit rougher of a texture but a lot cheaper! I had to adjust my settings so it would not burn through my nib as significantly! I hope you can find a suitable screen protector for your needs! :)

i use pilot g2 p3ns. they dry pretty fast and dont bleed w alcohol markers. plus you can get refills for the ink when you run out ^_^
