I think it’s important to have boundaries as an artist and I agree that the amount they are paying for the work is low- but you came off extremely condescending and it made me no longer want to watch the video

I was afraid that this would be the case but decided to keep those parts in because that’s the reality of the art world. Sometimes you take jobs that don’t pay well but are still cool opportunities. My goal was to show how you can do that and still have boundaries as an artist and not be taken advantage of as a creator. If I rubbed you the wrong way it wasn’t my intention. But thanks for the feedback and for starting to watch haha

@@heyjitterbug_ I didn't think you were condescending at all. I was quite shocked when you said they were only paying $300 but I think spending 3 hours is reasonable for that price. My husband is a graphic designer and he approaches projects similarly if the client has a small fixed budget like that.
