Hi.. this is off-topic, I did all my immigration procedure from New Delhi, except Biometrics which was from Dubai on 4th Oct 2020, since VFS are closed in India. I am still in Dubai waiting for PPR. -What determines the Visa Office at which the passport is to be submitted? - Should i continue staying in UAE for a faster processing of PPR as offices in India are still shut?

Once you get your PPR mail, they will tell you where to send the passport. You have the option of mailing them back and asking for a change in location if the place they provided is not suitable for you. Staying in UAE or India while you wait wont make a difference. My PPR was processed in London. I applied from UAE. But that doesnt mean all UAE applications are processed in London. It varies randomly.

We got our marriage certificate attested from India as we got married in India. Thats all. Nothing else was required. It has to be in english too. It usually in.. but if it is not, you'll have to get it translated.
