All I can say is WOW, what an incredible experience at Todra Gorge here in Tinghir, Morocco! Mohamed (the best guide ever) led me through this rugged, breathtakingly beautiful and seemingly unlivable environment,
which allowed me to witness a lifestyle most of us otherwise will never see!

I am getting jealous. Beautiful. Have a nice time. What's amazing in Morocco you always find someone to help you. They do speak a lot of languages. Mohamed you do speak good english and thank you for helping him. 👌👌👍😘🇺🇸 I don't know why poeple are saying bad things about that place. There are a lot of poor poeple every where. It's better to be up there and safe than to be with homeless poeple on the street. 👌👌👍🇺🇸

What a beautiful video! Thank you for sharing! That's the wonderful deep part about travel having the chance to meet people from different places. The people in this video are so generous! Thinking of how they have to bring the water all the way up and then they offer a stranger a full glass of tea! That's just heart warming. And that little boy was adorable!!! I wish so much he got his football...

Ok...the chicken whisper got me. I thought I was the only one who liked to speak chicken...lol. You have a great temperament. 😊 On another note, the child mortality rate is high. They have almost nothing, and little to no resources. I have brought some clothes with me and toys for the kids, soap, pretty hair accessories for the girls, costume jewelry and anything you can squish into a daypack. Snacks of course are also appreciated. Thanks for sharing, you seem very thoughtful so good for you.

The man who is accompanying you in this video has typical clothes of the Berbers of the desert, and it seems that he knows the area very well, I like how you share your experiences, your videos are excellent ,you went to some deep places in rural areas even moroccans dont go there hahahahha , it deep inside the country far from the big cities and civilization ,those are nomadic family , there bremember that these areas are very poor, because they are far from cities and towns, , berber towns and cities but as i said in some of my comments in other videos , you should visit IFRAN and Tetouan also,

This is really sad to watch! I have never seen a gathering of people living in anything less than a village! Why would these people isolate themselves like this? This is not in Moroccan culture! Nomads do not isolate themselves unless it's for an upgrade!! People do not stray away from grandparents, uncles and neighbors! We are social animals we can not live in the isolated conditions these people are living in! Who will care for these kids when some adults are gone! I don't know something does not sit right with this environment!

@@miamay7688 You should travel more often. People all over the world live the nomadic life like this. Nomads from Mongolia to Egypt to Yemen to Oman to Jordan to Somalia live like this. It’s normal for nomads to live in isolation.

Wow, cheers for the footage! I am a Moroccan and I've never seen such a situation. I feel a bit sorry that there are still some people who chose to live like this at this time. But then I can only imagine how hard it would be to get out of that place if you are born in it. I believe than an uneducated, poor and isolated man cannot escape this situation on his own. That is why many Amazigh tribes are receiving help from the government and from many associations. Unfortunately, they are still some families who are very isolated. The education problem is incredibly serious, a lot of Amazigh children don't access higher education. But know that Amazigh people are one the most intelligent, disciplined and industrious people in the whole world. A great number of successful figures in Morocco are Amazigh. PS: Schools in Morocco don't make sure that everyone learns geography lol. The guide just showed that he has a passion for learning about other places and cities :).
