Yr it's because of the culture there. I know it's sounds very weird n disrespecting when they call their adults by name but that's how it is. Even in my Di's case his BIL was calling everyone with names when he smaller than everyone in our family whereas we stocked to calling our Jiju as Jiju only😅 they were following their culture n we were following ours😂.
