My Innermost Apocalypse - Binding Of Isaac Guitar Cover

I think this is the first My Innermost Apocalypse guitar cover on KZbin so yay!
Such a badass final boss song featuring guitar work by none other than Mr. FamilyJules7x.( / familyjules7x )
For the lead parts in this I overdubbed the guitar with a kind of techno lead synth just to add more clarity to it. This song describes The Binding Of Isaac perfectly, from the huge heavy metal part to the quiet piano/keyboard section in the middle, it suits it brilliantly. I love Danny Baranowsky's work just because they're so interesting to try and figure out on guitar and it's nice to break away from power chords and do something different.

Thank You! And most "good guitarists" spend a lot of time figuring out songs by ear, and it takes a lot of practice to learn how to do it well, and to go and write tabs is hard too. I'd say that it took me about an hour to learn this by ear, and if I tabbed it out as well it would probably take twice as long as that, so I hope that answers your question. :)

Here's the image I get from this great cover: In Binding of Isaac, this theme represented Isaac forcing down the last vestiges of his own identity, defeating himself so he could save himself from the real-world abuse he was living through. He metaphorically locks himself in the box to protect his fragile psyche from his own torment. Years later, Isaac grows as a person, becomes stronger. But he still has to go back and face the fears he locked behind him. No more tears... it's time to end this.

...Im screwed. But seriously, that doll gave me nightmares for almost a year. Right now im rarely having nightmares unless i get reminded of it right before bed. When i was like 7 i watched the Sonic Shorts volume 3 and it scared me. I was scared for being home alone. A short amount of time after that (2 weeks) i searched for the Tails Doll.
