There's a biggest myth in firms k jitna ragra milega utna agay barhogy which is completely baseless!!,'ve experienced this in my audit life and now i've made decision to never work in audit firm!!they 've no timings of work, late sittings are beinf appreciated and don't know why,,the work which can easily be done in 6 to 8 hours easily is scretched unnecessarily 6-7 hours additional because of unnecessary breaks or seniors gossips and most importantly seniors reporting late at work and spending overtime and at last interns suffer the most!!this concept needs to be finished as soon as possible,,i myself had poor learning because of all this toxicity which has now become a norm!!

@@u-autography393 The industrial articleship will be beneficial for all youths. The diversification of articleship is basically best for all students. In future these audit firms will be soliciting trainees but the trainees will avoid them and ignore them as they have more options.

yeah its true, in our local Orgs, Corporate Ethics is meant nothing to many of the seniors working there... I too have heard from many of my Students but there are good Orgs too so choose wisely

I really appreciate your output. The old babo who are basically partners of these firms don't care about the issues in question here.

There are many unethical thing EY did with Anna, first, they mentioned on JD 9 hours work but made her work 14 hours, remaining hours were not recorded on timesheet, EY has thinking that 2 employee should do work of 4 employee to improve their profitability. Their manager didn't even go to funeral of anna. This incident was highlighted after 2 months of her death through letter by her mother still no compensation offered by EY. Anna is just one of many cases. Luckily anna case was highlighted. I think it is mainly because of weak labour laws in india.

I still remember when my brother use to work in no1 Audit firm here in Karachi, Pakistan. He use to leave at 8-9am and ride bike for 50 minutes and we had no idea when will he back to home cuz they don't have proper timing so he had to work through. 2 of my elder brothers use to interact only on weekend because of timing , upr se traffic se phas kr ghr akr uska mood bhi aksar khrb rehta tha , pr Alhamdulillah now HE is in Ireland aur wahan work life bohot balanced hai . And I have noticed ab uska mood kabhi khrb nh rehta us tarha so obv work stress se apki life pr bohot farq parta hai.
