My Insane Debt and First Cash Envelope Stuffing for July

I've made a LOT of financial mistakes, most of which stemmed from being financially illiterate and mentally immature. Now that I'm older, I'm STILL paying for the actions of my younger self and find myself in a TON of debt. I'm trying to approach it in a way that I won't mentally exhaust myself and worsen my (already fragile) mental health. I'm remaining positive that I can make some real progress in this last half of the year to get my life moving in the right direction.
