From My Opinion If Your 11th and 12th Both are wasted Or You Don't Remember Anything About 11th Class and 12th Class | Dekho 12th Sab seriously lete hai lakin jab 11th ache se nhi krte hum toh jo 12th me chahe 60-70 % Ache se yaad bhi ho wo neet me 12th ki weightage ke perspective se dekha jaye toh sirf 50% hai 100% me se "ONLY FROM 12TH PART IN NEET EXAM" ... Toh me ye bolra ki chahe aap just 12th passout ho ya 1 year dropper ya 2 year dropper 3rd dropper ki me baat nhi krunga bas ye bolunga ki bhai tune shi me apne pure 2 saal toh waste krdiye ab wo tujhe pata hoga tu kese padha !! ... Neerash mat ho tu bhi krle try ho ske toh 2 saal hi lele ho ske toh parent allow krde agr warna ab 1 saal me fod dal jamke padh jamke 12 se 14 hrs effective padhai kr!! Plan ye hai ki 1 saal pure 11th kro ache se jishme apko apna course ache se ncert bilkul peekar apna 11th ka syllabus 9 months me complete krna hai baaki fir aap sirf 11th hi 3 months tak revise and test denge fir next dursa 2nd saal 12th krni hai 12th ko apko 8 months me niptana hai or last ke 4 months me se 1 month revision and test ko dena hai sirf 12th class ke syllabus ko or baaki 3 months combine 11th and 12th revision and test!! BHAI AGR ACHE SE SINCERELY OR CONTINUOUS RAHE PURE 2 SAAL MA KASAM 720 BHI LA SKTHE HO !!! ZERO TO HERO !!! aisa isliye bol raha bhai ki 11th or 12th 1 saal me wo nhi kar saktha yar jisko zero se basics ne padhna hai jo 11th me 80% se upar ka or 12th me 87% se upar ka hai whi 1 saal ke liye bana hai baaki nhi!! MA- BAAP se kaho 2 SAAL CHAIYEH OR KRKE DIKHAYNGE 1 SAAL ME NHI HOTHA KUCH !! BAS BAAKI AAP SMJH DAR HO !! sirf 1 saal ke drop me teacher online ya offline aise bhaga denge tumhko lagega slow hai bhaiyo mere 2 saal ka 1saal me padhyga slow kese 2 saal ka 2 saal me padhke dekho wo pagal nhi hai whi se selection jyada hothe hai 1saal me bas topper nikal sktha hai baaki exceptions hai krlo start padhai or hai physics start krne se phele maths ka basics kr lena 1 month lgega pura ab smjh jao 1 month kya krna hai math basics me wo baat nhi kr raha ki 7 se 8 hours ka lecture dekh dala or physics chota babu ban jaygi 15 se 20 din me lecture complete kroge khud se teacher 13 se 15 din me kara dega complete tumhko 20 din lgenge baaki 10 din uska bhi revision qn practice daba ke or ha calculations me common sense lgana chalu kro whi common sense ko aaj tricks ka naam dekar padhaya jara hai example :- 16/9 x 0.75 ek dum dimag me ana chaiyeh 0.75 = 3/4 kabhi ishme bhi point hataya jara hai zero niche likha zara hai yhi hai tricks jine naam diya hai or ye sirf common sense hai aise hi tables learn krlo 25 tak or square krlo 30 tak or 45 55 65 75 inek alag se krlo mhenat krni padti hai tabhi physics hath me ati hai Physics me ab 35 se 38 ke around numericals are hai bina calculation selection nhi krlo basic maths ache se tabhi smjh aygi physics,, graphs, trigonometry , integration, differentiation ye toh bas 50% hai iske alava bhi hotha hai basic maths me pw ke teachers or sankalp bharat ke teachers ne pura 100% kraya tha basic math promote nhi kr raha bas bol raha khi se unke lectures nikalwa kr dekh lena free me kya kya padhaya hai or unhone ache se bhi smjhaya hai chalo krlo My studyhours were :- 12 to 14 hours issse 1 ghanta upar nhi or na hi niche lakin me free time me bhi revision krta rhetha tha question practice nhi krta tha free time me thak jata tha or dosto se baat krli 30 min max. or ghumliya or thel liya For depression - Mujhe bhot darr lagta tha ki khi mujhe ye bimari ye bimari heart attack toh nhi ho gya agr sab tests normal hai toh smjh jao depression hai or ha mera heart ek drum sahi hai saalo ne ecg me abnormal dikhaya or bole ki heart ka size bada hogya hai or ventricle thoda abnormal kaam kr raha hai heartbeats abnormal kam krengi darna mat depression ke symptoms hai SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION :- Slow breathe, heart pain, abnormal heart beat, chest pain jo ki gas ka pain hai 1 bar churan khana 1 dum 30 min andar dard chu or bhari pan or akdan discomfort sab chu try krna churan jo bus wagera me bikta hai churan desi wala , iske saath saath constipation bar bar bar bar , kabhi diarrhea, kabhi abdominal pain, cut off masturbation depression me yhi tumhara main addiction banega addiction dalna hoga tumhe kisi cheez ka depression hatane ke liye tum 30 min daily pooja krna mind relax hotha hai isse bhot or koi jaadu nhi hotha me dekho science ke respect me btara hu or depression nhi hoga or 1 hour me se 30 min jogging, 20 min running , 10 min walking ) or bhi aachi cheezo ka addiction laga lena game mat khelna haath judwa lo plz or no movies only songs but songs bhi not more than 20 aapne 20 songs pakad lo sirf wahi sunne hai kyu jyada memory bharna gaano se me sirf 10 songs sunta tha emran haashmi kk or arijit singh ke bas only 10. dekho jo tumh sochoge dimag whi kra dega body me hormone ka khel hai bhai sab tension wale hormone uss organ uss area ke hormones ko abnormal krke waha pain discomfort kr denge yhi hai depression anxiety door raho mere ko depression har cheez ke symptoms google krne se bada hai ye bandh krdo depression haath me ajayga mera shuru ke 2 week sar me bhot dard hua hai jab mene ye addiction choda apna isko chodne ke liye apko jo entertainment youtube videos funny reels jo bandh ki hai unke temporary wapas use krna hoga or fir dheere dheere 3 weeks me chod dena bas *Note - 11th revise krna mat bhulna warna har month har week or jab 12th me jao tab bhi 1 pura pura unit revise krna 11th ka 12th me same with 12th monthly weekly or ha chapterwise bhi test dena Bina Test or Bina revision ke 400 se 500 jaynge bas saaf saaf bolra mat krna 2 saal waste krlena toppers ncert bio ki 20 se 30 bar revise ki last 1 month me or weekly or monthly wo alag chapterwise, unit wise.. same with test chapterwise weekly monthly wo alag or last months me puri 11th and 12th ke pure pure all chapters ke test kam se kam 15 se 20 bar or 1 chapter ka test inse alag 3 minimum bar kr lena plz.. selection tumhara hoga mera ho gya ye krke * Gaali likh kar jana agr nhi hua 2026 ya 2027 me !! 2026 ke liye 4 months ja chuke hai lakin abhi bhi ho sktha hai 2026 me selection bas syllabus 6 se 7 months me nipta dalo of each class THANK YOU :) My neet score is 691 ab counselling kr raha hu hoping for uttarakhand gover. college aiims nhi milne wale koi se bhi!!
