Hi Yara, are you using a Workflow like I share in the video? If you're in Board View, for example, you can click on the blue arrow besides "New" (right-hand side of the board) and then click "New template". Copy and paste content of the template in there! Soooooo I bought the Instagram HQ template off your website and even through this very helpful as well, I am lost! I thought this was the workflow template I was purchasing that I see in this video but I think it isn't from the walkthrough videos I am seeing. Therefore... At 09:20 in the explainer video it walks through the workflow (change the 'calendar' view to 'board' view). If you don't have the status as the headings, you can change this by clicking the 3 dots on the RH side of the calendar (the left of the blue 'new' button) and make sure the 'Group' is set to 'Status'. Does that help?

Why not use just use paper and pen ? And a diary .Plan for four weeks in advance , say ,for example, four ideas for an video once a week . Then for photos, again , 3 a week posted at the same time . I think content is the most important thing , not templates. I need pen and paper for ideas , not screens . Sounds really complicated. Keep it simple .

Everyone likes to work differently, so if paper and pen works best for you - do it! ☺️

Notion is not complicated ones everything is set up and if you can work well on a computer. It can save up time up like 10x if you want, or more! Depends on how you use it but it’s not for everyone

OMG get out of dark ages and give it a try. You have no idea how notions SIMPLIFIES everything compared to pen and paper, which btw I am a big fan of as well.
