Eliminate the phrase "thek hai" in your speech. The flow will leave the audience impressed if you do so. The phrase actually works like a hurdle in between you and the audience. When I kept on listening you and suddenly hearing the phrase, it worked like a thorn on my way to focusing .

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. To be honest the questions were useless. I used to think the ISSB psychologist would do something crazy or give puzzles to evaluate your personality but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyway best of luck for your career.

@@asifk7313 Bro that's the diff b/w a manager and a leader. Leader is the one who take the opinion of his subordinates rather then taking decision on his own intuitions. And this question has no absolute answer. You have to drag psychologist to your counterpart.
