Disclaimer : I am not a Doctor, I am sharing my IUGR baby experience. what was the cause and what precautions I took in my pregnancy.
IUGR Meaning:
Intrauterine Growth Restriction
Types of IUGR:
- Symmetrical IUGR
All parts of the baby's body are similarly small in size
- Asymmetrical IUGR
The baby's head and brain are the expected size, but the rest of the baby's body is small
IUGR Causes:
- Lack of Diet (Malnutrition)
- Placental Insufficiency
- High Blood Pressure (hypertension)
- Diabetes
- Medical Condition
- lung or kidney conditions
- Smokes, Drinks Alcohol, or Uses Drugs
- Pregnant with Multiples
Precautions to take in IUGR pregnancy :
- Eat a Healthy Diet
- Take Proper Medication
- Stay Stress Free (meditation)
- Sleep Left Side
- Count Baby Movement

I had same case I was diagnosed with iugr at week 32 I was induced for labor at week 37 Bt after delivery doctors said its not iugr 🤕 just low birth weight My baby boy was 2.610kg at birth 37 weeks He is compeletly healthy no nicu care I m gratefull I saw this video it helped me a lot Thank u so much for sharing .

@@manimahesh9069 Yes! By the grace of god and all of your best wishes! Her weight is 2.2KG but healthy. Had a bit of low immune system which is getting over gradually after feeding mother’s milk. Its been around 14days now. I know this is with many parents and especially corporate hospitals do scares alot. However I got the delivery in a moderate hospital. Do let me know if anyone of you need my number.

This is exactly my case... At week 31 I came to know about this that my ac is lagging by two weeks and all of my reports were normal... I just had lack of diet that's why doctor suggested me to take high protein diet... But still when I learn about this , i was very tensed and thought why this happened to me but after watching this video am feeling relaxed and tension free... Mild IUGR for baby... as per gestational age its 35 weeks... but as per growth it's 33 weeks... and weight is 2237 kgs... it's ok... this is my 2nd baby

What percentile was your baby when you were diagnosed with IUGR? At 26 weeeks my baby was 9% tile, then 7%tile at 28 weeks. Don't know what will happen next. Right now I am 30 weeks and they are preparing for nicu and other pre cautionary steps.in case anything goes wrong. Keep me in your prayers

Take daily 2 eggs, morning drink milk with all nuts, eat 5 to 6 times per day, take Boiled chicken 2 days once , drink more water, definitely weight will increase, I am also face this same problem.
