I hope your little bean made it in the end! I had my dh for every sort of work about the house during ER and 2ww except washing up and cooking..Poor thing he was, but I did my best to follow my dr's recommendations, though sometimes exaggerating the facts..xoxo Fingers crossed. 2ww is always mad!!

Yet another ivf story with a happy end. The thing I loved the most about my clinic was their guaranteed packages. With unlimited number of attempts. This means they guarantee a live

This means they guarantee a live birth or money refund in case of 5 failures in a row. Of course not all the patients can sign for this very option. They screen them for all the possible complications, but when IP get therem they can be sure of the outcome which is priceless. This is quite a rare thing to see among the repro centers. I'd say quite non existing thing to see actually. Then the set of the services offered: Unlimited mumber of atts. Medical examinations. All needed medications. Large donor and surros database to choose from. Accomodation. Transportation. English speaking staff and many other pros. We got luck with them- are parenting a sweet LO.

Congrats on this very important step! I'm sorry covid nightmare pushed your plans back..A bestie of mine is facing the same. After I had passed ivf successfully, she just told 'I can't wait longer'' and called the clinic. I was amazed on how sure she was and dedicated. Since then things flew for them. Their clinic in KIev invented some really effective treatment plan for them. Their dr recommended using donor's mitochondria to ''rejuvenate'' own eggs. She expects it's gonna boost their chances. We all are currently waiting and hoping for the best.

We have sign the contract for IVF and next week we are starting the protocol :) We started to plan our family about 7 years ago. Our diagnosis is the same as yours. It took us about 4 years to make a decision forward to IVF. With all my heart wishing you the good and healthy pregnancy and of course smooth healthy baby-girl delivery. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. IVF is not a walk in the park and it has never been so. I'm not new to it myself. Moreover, after we'd passed cycles ourselves successfuly (were treated in faraway Kiev), a friend of mine went the same route. She's currently into the process. They are using own eggs and donor's mitochondria. Their dr told it must boost their chances. The clinic performs fresh cycles with 5day blasts. (I believe it's another pro). Hoping for their best and for everyone's luck who's been moving through IVF path.

Thank you for sharing! We are also unexplained infertility and it’s hard to find people like us! We just had our first IVF cycle in November. Unfortunately ended with blighted ovum (sac and no baby) just had a D and C on Thursday. Praying our next transfer works! Your so lucky it worked first time for you guys. Congratulations again ❤️❤️

Most places you are under anesthesia. The egg retrieval is the best part! It's a nice nap and you get a day or two of people taking care of you. The bloating before and after egg retrieval sucks but for me it was all a lot easier than I expected. I was so so nervous too! You got this! ❤️

Making babies in a petri dish in a doctor's lab where sperm and egg are forcibly meet outside the body. No thanks. IVF babies are a no-no for me. It's against nature. It's unromantic and gross. And IVF is also invasive. You just don't poke around the organs with that kind of tool to remove the eggs. Very risky.
