96 models came with a low 3 point rear spoiler after the first facelift ‘afaik’. The spoiler is from a 94,95 model with the plastic riser blocks. Boot may have been replaced to accommodate it. The high rear wing was re-introduced in the final revision from 97 ~but had a different design on the riser blocks. Steering wheel also looks like it is from a 97 ~ final model

I believe the high rise was an optional extra. There were models with standard 3 post spoiler for sure and correct they changed the styling of lettering on the riser blocks as part of the facelift towards the end of the run. The steering wheel is from a later model, correct.
