Perfectly normal to be jittery without drink. But stick to that 4 a day, most importantly be honest if you haven’t. You can’t monitor it and have a recovery without honesty. So keep honest and keep focused. Trust me, if you can sort the recovery, the rest will follow because it’s a whole new mindset. Recovery doesn’t guarantee a happy ever after, but if you can learn to cope with the bad times and the good without a drink, you’ll build so much confidence in yourself. You’ll be able to have a real pride in yourself and, also, Marti & Live Free may have given you an opportunity but you can give yourself ALL of the credit for changing your life. Now is that moment in your life where you can look back on it and say this is where you changed everything. Not Live Free, not Marti, not the kind subscribers, YOU.

Well bloody done,no one will say this is gonna be easy but I promise you your journey will be worth it. Dont ever feel alone,if you ever get the devil on your shoulder telling you to drink more,dont give in,you jump on here and get the support. Your gonna need peoples support you cant do it alone,but we here to help. 5 year sober me,I honestly cant believe it,I drank every day to excess for many years. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Subscribed to see where this goes. Hopefully that's to a fully sober working future off the streets. Living on the streets should not be a way of life, but unfortunately for many it is and they choose it over the stress of having to pay rent and bills. I wish you GOOD LUCK.

I was homeless for over a year after a split with my wife, there was no help from anyone but I got a job last July and got into a flat approx 4 months later, I wish this lad all the best, I stopped drinking it was not easy, I just stopped which was dangerous but he's doing correctly, good luck pal.

I’m so hoping you succeed Bear my brother suffers in the same way as yourself with the drink. Take each day Bear as it comes no matter how hard it gets just keep getting out and cleaning them windows my friend. It could be a month or it could be a year but eventually that cloudy confused haze surrounding you will vanish. My brother lives in a B & B he has nothing , no aspirations but is the loveliest bloke you would meet on a daily basis and he would do anything for anyone when asked to help. I can honestly say unbiased out of all the people I have had working for me over the years my brother was the hardest grafter never moaned just did the job every time. Take each day your out there Bear working as a part victory in a greater war of which you WILL win. I’m so hoping you succeed my friend I see my little bro in you in so many ways even the consisting nodding when I’m trying to explain something to him.drives me mad but I know that’s just his chaotic way of understanding life. Keep going buddy fight the depression,fight the drink and confusion and eventually you’ll succeed Bear. The world we now find ourselves in is full of tyranny , deception and hate. Bear ignore the hate just be you with your infectious smile and don’t let down Live Free or Marti B down. There are good people out there Bear one of which is yourself just needing that initial leg up which you now have. Do this for you Bear as I see good in your eyes and your heart following you so hoping this picks you back up on your feet. Live Free and Marti B I don’t know either of you personally but Man to Man I’d love to shake your hands someday as you are a perfect example of what the trampled down Brits need and deserve right now. Not all Heroes wear capes they just see , listen and then act. Stay strong Bear remember day by day a victory every day will keep that poison away 🙏❤️. Chris and Marti B God Bless the pair of you❤️🙏

Keep fighting through Bear. It’s a tough journey but it won’t last forever and will be so worth it. My cousin was alcohol dependent for 10 yrs and relapsed a few times but is now 3 yrs alcohol free. We’re all here for you.
