I use a normal match ball. It's a Glued ball. Not hand-stitched one

I'm 31 bro. I have started juggling since my childhood. But I started freestyling when I was 28 because I didn't know this is a sport field different from football.

@@azizfreestyle. Nice I just started my juggling journey. How many hours per day did you practice? How fast did you progress? I'm not looking to be a freestyler. Just want to have clean juggling technique. Your technique is smooooooth!

You just need to train one hour per day. That's enough to be good. What's important is the way you train and to set a goal ahead of every session. The key is to have fun. My progress is not so quick because of my job and family. But I'm happy with it. I train for 2 hours or 3 for 4 or 5 days a week.

@@azizfreestyleCan you share a training plan/drill? at my best right now i can do about 80-90 keep ups. but its not steady. i'm moving all over the place. and the ball height is not consistent. maybe your next video could be about progression drills. please mention benchmarks to be met before you move to next drill
