hey! thank you for this video, before I sign up for this program. Could you explain how it actually sounds? As im very sensitive to sounds. I read it sounded something like very canny elevator music lol. not very promising

Can i try it by myself without a therapist?

I would message the therapist and ask. I know that you can't start the treatment unless you have a therapist. And the involvement of the therapist in the beginning is that they do it with you because they need to see what's coming up in your body and how comfortable you are.
