There’s a saying “Iron sharpens iron”. This is one of your good deeds, Karen. You are constantly giving realistic advice, motivation, and inspiration to all traders and aspiring to be. You are also giving us knowledge the rightful way to become successful in this journey. This video helps me to reflect my current motivational level. I am trying to detach from the outcome now as I want to focus on the process. Day by day, I see to it that I learn something new from journaling, backtesting, losses, wins, etc. Yeah trading can be life changing but behind the scenes of it are commitment, sacrifices, passion and discipline. If we really want something, we should know how to get it. So as a trader, it’s the money or freedom that ultimately drives us why we want to pursue this career or business but if we want to get it, we ensure to give 100% commitment to learn everything we need to learn how to figure out how we are going get to the destination we want to reach. I totally agreed with you... I really less committed.. I just trading as part time now... Book still in the halfway to finish... But still analysing market news, charts, sentiment and market reactions, learning from mistakes... The only thing i want to see is improvement... Started with demo account 4 months, then blowing all the live accounts with small capital... Eventually see the accuracy every trade and try to manage risk management.. That's really a hard time, almost 2 years already... Keep do this and remedy all failure and keep watching your video to learn and enlighten me when free... I have to doing this for me abd my family.. Thank you, mentor.. Your words made me stay stronger...
