Here I was wanting to give up. For as long as I breath, I'll remain hopeful and continue fighting to get into Medicine. Thank you for this video.

I was in SAMHS too (South African Military Health Services) did basic training aswel and thereafter I went to Nursing college at the Military nursing college. Made me the strong person I am today 💪🏼 Ieft nursing for various reasons... I am now studying Bcom IT. I'm married with one child. This message is so relevant for anyone wanting to improve their lives. WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO SACRIFICE! And of course someone who already has responsibilities needs a good support system.

How do you apply to work with the SADF when you're already studying medicine?

This was the best video. I can relate to your struggle. I have been trying to get into Medicine as a mature student, and it's been tough, especially coming from Humanity Studies. Currently, I'm facing the challenge of self-studying organic chemistry, Anatomy and physiology and sacrificing my job to relocate to the Caribbean to study medicine.

Congrats on your journey to become an MD, your struggle is different than mine. I went back to do medicine before I had a child. True studying needs sacrifice. When you have people who support you it great.

His story is almost similar to mine. I was also working in the military then I resigned because they couldn't offer me community service for my qualification and army didn't wanna change me to military health where I can get funding to go go n study medicine. How do we contact him?
