My Journey To Recovery After Pregnancy Loss | Part 1

My journey to recovery after pregnancy loss has already been a whirlwind. It's now been one month since we lost our IVF pregnancy; and I'm slowly starting my journey to recovery after our heartbreaking loss. Pregnancy loss is something I will never wish on my worst enemy; this is extremely difficult to journey.
I know so many of you have had to endure pregnancy loss, so I want to share my journey to recovery. I hope to help those of you going through pregnancy loss by sharing the beginning of my recovery. This is only the first video in a series of videos I will be filming on my recovery journey. I plan on sharing not only how I'm physically recovering, but also how I'm mentally and spiritually healing.

I transferred about a month before you, it was our first FET. We miscarried at 6 weeks and I finally am able to grieve now. It took me forever to get my HCG back to zero though. 3 months later I’m finally back to zero! We are choosing to take from now until January to get healthier, grieve, and focus on ourselves. Well said girl! Sounds like u are making a positive path. I do feel my pain in life has made the good times even sweeter!! Grief also comes in waves so don’t be surprised if u have a good week and ball your eyes out the next. Its normal. It doesn’t define us but is an important chapter in our book that we will never forget but yes we also have to turn the page when it’s time so we can continue to enjoy life’s offerings. Hi dear Brittany, i learned a lot from you I would like to say thank you and don’t lose hope my self I was the same rode I do IVF march 2nd I got pregnant but i have miscarriage April 8 was difficult and heartbreaking then I don’t even see my Period i became pregnant naturally I am 25 weeks pregnant now if God will my miracle baby boy will born mid January I am praying for all women struggles to have a baby miracle can happen don’t give up don’t lose hope.

Hey there girl I am so sorry for your loss. I am going through this with you at the same time. I just lost my baby boy at 21 weeks and six days September 4 this year due to incompetent cervix.
