Sometimes I get a loss for words when it comes to describing what Priest means to me… I never get sick of listening to them !! I’ve heard bits and pieces of the new songs, reason why? I’m waiting for the album & cd to arrive and then I’ll sit down with no distractions and take it all in .. But I like what I’m hearing so far!! 🤘

Yeah I’m a huge Priest fan..as a lot of metal fans are .. but there one of those bands that when you listen to them , it’s more then just a listening experience.. they’ve become family , no matter what kind of mood your in , you put Priest on and nothing else matters ( no not Metallica lol ) .. that collection took me years .. the thing is I bought those albums as they came out ..( everything after stained class) those I had to go back and buy as Unleashed was the first thing I heard …. Not that I am bragging, but I have the album SAD WINGS OF DESTINY on the V130-C Repertoire 180 gram silver marble vinyl. If you have not yet heard this album, then you have not yet heard the album called Sad Wings of Destiny by Judas Priest.
 
 There are things on that recording that I have heard nowhere else. The nuances and the subtleties are absolutely chilling. The little chimes and breaths and separations. The overall depth and head room and reverb and clarity. 
I mean, damn. 
 
 And these subtleties pass on to the CD on MP3 or onto those black magnetite particles on cassette tape. The fidelity transfers in the copying. It is insane.

I do not have that copy. Lol. I have other copies of that album .. not sure if you watched my Priest Collection video.. A lot of times I’ll listen to music with headphones on just so I can hear those nuances your talking about .. I have the Judas Priest 50yr anniversary Boxset that has all the albums and a bunch of live cds. They did a pretty amazing job of Re Re mastering all their albums. Louder and clearer… they sound amazing. Best Re mastered job of priest so far. Your v130 sounds amazing.

I’ve had albums in my hand , walked around the whole store for an hour and then put it down lol. “ do I really need this”? I hear that, I also just found Augie's channel a couple of weeks ago and his channel is right up my alley as I'm also a vinyl lover and been collecting off and on since the early 60s and in the last few years I've stepped up my game and have been buying albums from artists that just 2 yrs ago would of never considered them( Ratt, Black Sabbath, Judas priest etc) and I can't think of a better channel then Augie's to get schooled on all this great music! Augiesquick with and outgoing personality plus his sense of humor aloneakes the channel even better!

Hi , I must say ur a natural ,u had me hooked after 5 mins . I’m a massive priest fan went to my first gig with my older brother when I was 15 it was the stained glass tour . I just could not believe how loud it was they started with Exciter ,oh my I was blown away and robs screams were awesome . I also love Les Binks drumming ,he was best drummer imo . Also you mentioned something g that has always bugged me since Unleased in the East first came out …It should of been a double , I mean Thinlizzy ,live and dangerous UFO strangers has only recently come out as amazing double albums so why ,why didn’t priest make it a double ,even more annoying when they brought out a lot of other liv tracks recorded at the same time . Anyway keep up the good work ,I’ve subscribe so will be waiting in anticipation for ur next video videos ,I’m watching AC /Dc next then Saxon

Hey Rich! How ya doing? Stained Class Tour awesome! 1978ish I love Stained Class! That one and Sin After Sin are tied for first as my favorites… Les Binks is a great drummer ! So underrated !! Priest in the East had to have a record company thing to only make it a single album. You’ll hear me bitch about it again in the Saxon & AC/DC videos lol . Thanks for subscribing and for the compliment! My next video will either be Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden. I want to visit one day , I’m into the same bands as you as well as Black Sabbath , Scorpions , Accept, UFO many many more … I’m not sure exactly how many albums I own …but it’s a lot and cds as well… I have a bunch of Crue albums. As to POINT OF ENTRY, the three in the trinity are HEAD OUT TO THE HGHWAY, SOLAR ANGELS, and DESERT PLAINS. The rest of that album, while 'good' - is rather like a late 70's German disco in Munich (I was there!) sound... a truly WTF moment!! (like Chinese Democracy is - in places - 'good' - it is not GNR! It is an Axl Solo album. Thirteen years ... for that). I have posted on Priest's walls on FB that they should give POI the British Steel 30th Anniversary album treatment - let Scott and the boys METALIZE that thing LIVE somewhere. But FFS, get KK back for that!!! And do it right!!!
