A dream I had on 20.01.13. Wanted to experiment with limited color palette and this seemed like a good screenplay. CC models: "Mouth" by Hasan.Khan.Usfzai "Ghana Wooden Mask" by IUPUI University Library

Does it have something to do with feeling anxious about making a commitment to something that you are unsure of? The wedding may be a symbol of making a commitment, and the concrete prison like building shows that you feel like you may be getting trapped in the process. Barbara drowning in the river also feels like a fear of failing in some kind of endeavor, and Demon Ken could be the feeling of not being in control, thus his ability to impregnate your drowned wife. Half demon baby could be the unwanted outcomes that you fear from not having full control over something you've committed to doing. Just my guess.

As far as I know they're symbols if your own inner desires/energy which may have not yet been resolved I think I am just putting my understanding together. Btw I love your game I hope you make 2 of it.

As @Jimmy_K already pointed, the dream represents a scene of commitment, a kind that you may feel ambivalent about or even consciously want to avoid/escape (a wedding in prison is a powerful symbol) . As a part of interactive interpretation, I would ask more questions about your personal associations with the demons. Intuitively, the ending seems to represent fears and anxiety associated with a possible punishment for not making a choice/commitment resulting in a bizarre offspring, a distorted baby, which may be linked to worries about hampered creativity arising due resistance to following your calling. My humble 10 cents.

what program did you use to animate this?

Unity, but now - years later - I would use Unreal Engine.
