It was Nomura. When Nintendo approached Disney and Square to get Sora in smash 4 disney gave them the thumbs up, but Nomura would not allow Sora to join smash until after KH 3 came out, and given the way KH3 ends it really makes you kind of “Hmmmmmmmm” a little bit

I love that in Remind we get to see Saix poking holes in Xion's composure. He makes sure to repeat Axel and Roxas' names after seeing them affect her. Really gets across that he is trying to help right under Xemnas' nose.

So, about Xemnas. I've actually met the voice actor as he is a regular at a con I go to. And one time while I was fencing on stage with my fencing instructor, Paul Saint Peter came out on stage to the sound of One Winged Angel and acted like he impaled the two of us with a sword. The crowd ate it up and the room was chanting Xemnas' Fandom nickname which I won't write here in case KZbin doesn't like it. But def a top 10 memory for me.

Saix/Isa is so underrated. In the scene before the Saix fight, where they're talking about Xion's nature and how she has no memory, at one point you can see Saix distinctly look at Xion for a moment, and then say "No. It's not Roxas, Axel". Even when he was on the Organization's side, he was totally trying to subtly jog her memory so that she could be saved

Spoiler warning: Here’s a little wholesome info, when Saïx said Roxas and Axel out loud before Xion attacked he was purposely trying to stir up her memories so she could go back to the Guardians of Light because he was the one who was helping Vexen and Demyx give the guardians a replica for Roxas. Saïx was never evil this whole series, he only sided with Xemnas to find the missing girl and only sided with Xehanort to help Lea from the inside.

I never fully understood what happened at the end, until now. Sora was there. in the end he made it home with Kairi, he got to celebrate his last moments with his friends. watching the Fireworks at Disney Castle, Reuniting a friend after mourning a loss of a father, Watching the sunset and eating ice cream with friends, being there when friend gets her own identity. and finally taking the time to say "I Love You, Kairi." before he paid the Ultimate price. When I first played, I thought Sora was just never return with Kairi, and Kairi’s heart was painting sora as she remembered him like Aqua was doing with Terra and Ven, when she was trapped in the Realm of Darkness. I never thought Sora actually vanished from their world/universe just like that. I thought he was able to get kairi back, and there was just some mystical force keeping him from returning home.

That really is a heartbreaking scene.. But I don't think he ever said "I love you, Kairi" or such, he even stated directly in the game that he "still has much to learn about love" (Caribbean World). By the lips at the end, on the tree, it seems more like "--closer to home" so my guess is that he tells Kairi what he said at the very beginning of the game. "They can take your Word, they can take your heart,..." Etc

The interesting thing about kairi's fighting style is that most of it is based off of KH1 Sora's moves. She has a Sonic Blade, a Strike Raid, and even the same battle stance as Sora. I think that's likely because she spent so much time with her heart in Sora's body, so she may have picked up some of his combat experience alongside Sora.

So how I always understood Terra both being the Dark Guardian and the Lingering Will, is that Terras actual heart was trapped in the Guardian. But the armor was literally what its name suggests. His lingering will. His desire to save his friends was so strong that he imprinted on the armor right before he got swallowed by Darkness. So the armor isnt really a person, but Terras strong desire to save his friends given form.

11:23 I think that because Ventus comes from the past and killed strelitzia, he only did so because one of the original 13/ancient darknesses possessed him. This means that when Ventus was split from Vanitas, the original 13th darkness went with vanitas. Most likely after defeating vanitas, he discovers his true identity as an original darkness, and will most likely be back in kh4 as some kind of antagonist. Then again, the MoM is working against this darkness, but also maybe working against Sora along with the other Lost Masters. That being said, this is such a cool cutscene, and paves the way for Ventus and the others to learn about his origin. Also because that darkness takes the form of Dark Inferno X, a pureblood heartless, this implies that this is the kind of heartless a powerful keyblade wielder like Ventus would turn into, or also the form an original darkness would take the form of to fight, although probably a weaker apparition as the real thing would probably kill Sora easily (the MoM is scared of these beings). The X in the bosses name also ties directly to the X for Union Cross, potentially also a callback. This original darkness thing is also proven by what Vanitas says at 21:32, where he says he was hidden in Ventus for a very long time, because it has indeed been a really long time.

Ey, I'm not sure about anyone else. But over at 6:53. When Young Xehanort and Masters of Masters were talking. There was a detail that caught me off-guard. Xehanort's eyes. Not sure if the developers made it intentional or made a mistake. But it's not Golden-Yellow as it was apparent for most of the cut scenes we see throughout not only the other games, but also in this one. What confuses me is the grayish lighting. My guess is the girl is Skuld. Ava is definitely an adult, and the girl is said to be 15.

I believe........but Ava definitely looked like an adolescent. However, I also do find it quite difficult to believe it's Ava, because the only way a person could lose their persona and memories is through the pods escaping into another era and Ava was never present during the dandelions time in the data worlds, thus she never escaped through the pods and lost her memories. The other Union leaders also came back more than aware of the events that happened, but were confused at how they returned, meaning Ava most likely couldn't have lost her memories. Skuld's destination and fate are never revealed, and seeing the fates of all the dandelions, means that Skuld was alone with nobody to remember her at her moment of waking. Skuld definitely attributes most of subject X's appearance more than Ava.
