Absolutely hilarious. Most people I see playing it get from the start that it's a prequel, but she learned about it halfway through the game. Honestly, the best part of KH marathons is always seeing streamers brain gears turning in real time with the twists and reveals.

For those who didn’t pull it together the connection Sora and Ven share actually goes deeper and connects to Roxas and Vanitas too. When Ven and Vanitas were separated Ven’s heart was touched by a new borns who offered to share his heart to fix Vens damaged one, this is why Ven was able to survive and that new born was Sora. Because Ven and Vanitas come from the same heart as Sora’s heart connected to Vens it also touched Vanitas which is why Vanitas and Sora look and sound the same. It is also why Ven could return to Sora at the end as they were already connected (the I remember line in his ending and the you gave me something line at the end) and ultimately by having Vens heart within his own this is why Sora can dual wield. Conversely this is why Roxas looks like Ven and not Sora, when Sora became a heartless his nobody was formed and due to Ven having entered Soras heart it influenced how Roxas created. Having come from Sora and Ven this is why Roxas is not as laid back as Sora and why he is as impulsive as Ven is and as with Sora why he can also dual wield

Every KH story has some sadness to it, bit this is the by far the saddest of the bunch imo. It took years for any of this trio to get a happy ending.

@@christianschoff2490 I'd agree with that if there hadn't already been sort of a conclusion to that story before Days even released. It didn't have the same impact to me as BBS did since I already knew that Roxas found peace and Axel found redemption by the end of KH2.

@@johnromero6315 We also knew the fate of the BBS trio because we saw Aqua's armor, Terranort as an apprentice, and saw Ventus his ass beat in a secret cutscene. Know BBS didn't have? A main character have to fight his best friend to the death and forget everything about her. A secondary character who knows she's gonna die and accepts it.

so, I know that this video is almost a year old, but I just came across you and wanna share my favorite piece of info about this game (which I'm like 80% sure is true but have had trouble verifying): when Ven gives Terra and Aqua the tickets to Disney Town, in English he says "he said to take two grownups," but in Japanese he says "he said to take my parents," and just... I cry every time. I love these characters so much

This game is heartbreaking... Its not the only KH game to feature a bad ending for the heroes, but to do it on such a massively brutal scale... Xehanort just completely destroyed the lives of his best friend and three children in a matter of days, masterfully manipulating them into his grand plan. BBS does such a great job of setting up Xehanort as an insane big bad, but its still heartbreaking to watch every time they reach the ending.

- Did you know? Eraqus's VA is Mark Hamill (AKA Luke Skywalker), and Xehanort's initial VA was Leonard Nimoy (AKA Spock). - Poor Terra has been a victim of concentrated psychological and emotional attacks, just as Xehanort planned. Terra gets gaslit and made more comfortable with channeling darkness until Xehanort can finally take him over. Heck, Terra and Eraqus were just about to reconcile, which likely forced Xehanort to change tactics and torment Terra relentlessly (starting with killing Eraqus and destroying the Land of Departure right in front of Terra, and threatening Ven's and Aqua's lives if he doesn't follow to the Keyblade Graveyard). - What Terra did was a traditional Keyblade-granting ceremony, something only a Keyblade Master (or a Master-potential) can do. Remember, it happens when someone touches the Keyblade's grip while the wielder holds it. And this is how Kairi accidentally inherited the right. - To clarify, every person is made of a body, a heart, and a soul. When Xehanort sent his heart and soul into Terra's body, his own body disappeared into a sort of limbo, Terra's heart gets sealed, and Terra's soul winds up using his own armor as a makeshift body. - {snrk} It's kinda funny that Lingering Will's cape just "fwoomp"s into existence. So fun fact: they had to cut the capes from their gameplay models due to graphical errors in multiplayer. - ... So you like clowns, huh? - Kinda funny how Ven has met almost every whole version of the Organization's members. He met Dilan, Aeleus, Ienzo, Even, Lea, and Isa at Radiant Garden, Braig at Keyblade Graveyard, Xehanort from long ago, young Sora in his Station of Awakening, and - ah, that's all I can say... - Interesting how they gave Zack plenty of Hercules-style details to make it clear he's a part of Olympus Coliseum (namely, the spiral-shaped ears). I still wonder if the KH Cloud is also from this world... - Ven was also a main target for Xehanort's plans, so he was manipulated just as much - though in a different way to strengthen his light. That's why Vanitas also made a death threat to his friends if he didn't go the Keyblade Graveyard. - Speaking of Vanitas, him mimicking Sora's appearance (through the connections with Ven) makes the battle between him and Ven like an evil expy of the clash between Sora and Roxas in KH2. - It makes sense that most of Aqua's world stories are at the tail end of Terra's and Ven's. Xehanort's plans don't consider her an important factor, which gives her free reign to meddle as much as Sora would later on. All the more fitting that she takes on both Vanitas and Xehanort. - Break Time is just plain fun (though it also heals). Ven's version is a breakdance, and Terra's is vertical push-ups. - It's kinda funny that Maleficent recruited Pete while seemingly unaware that he was just put into time-out for trying to assault Minnie for a festival's grand prize (which, knowing him, he probably thought was big munny). (Oh, and the cutscene you get depends on which of the heroes finishes their Disney Town story third - complete with different ice creams for Terra and Ven.) - Remember when Fairy Godmother taught Aqua that violence isn't always necessary to deal with people? That likely shaped her mindset for the better by the time she reached Deep Space. Gantu, meanwhile, was acting how Aqua was about to be with the Tremaines. - ...Anyway! Terra-Xehanort is probably the single scariest version of Xehanort. - Oh, you didn't do the final episode that comes with BBS's Final Mix? "Sora."
