I’m using Nirali stainless sink andi. It is very good. Now a days new material sinks also in the market. Big brands like Hafle, kohler selling very good materials. Powdered granite sinks also soo good. Steel sink should maintain well. If we rub with steel or green scrubbers they scratch easily. Powdered granite sinks are non scratch. But durability we have to use little careful. I recommend powdered granite sink. Very easy maintenance. Actually it is powdered granite or raisin ( I don’t know the exact material name) they dry easily. Non scratch. And double sink (always I keep a small waste bin) is convenient for glass wear or small bin. Otherwise big single sink is better always. We can keep big vessels like cookers or cooking vessels. Select as per your usage as per my opinion. Blessings.

Few important points: 1. Cook top gives good heat Hob won’t give that much heat 2. If it is contemporary kitchen hob gives beautiful look 3. Hob will have less space for few models. We cannot keep big vessels side by side 4. Thorough cleaning is important for hub. Cook top cleaning is easy. 5. Consider our preference, taste, need we have to choose cook top or hob.

Amma Vaishnavi. This is showing you have low nutrition. You are veg or non veg? Change your diet first. Start your day with 2 glasses warm water with half lemon and one teaspoon honey. After 45 min have coffee or tea without sugar. After 30 min have two boiled eggs. At 10 have healthy breakfast like hot soup with vegetables and Sprouted Ragi or salads ( videos link giving below) 11.30 am take one apple or butter milk 1pm have lunch with brown rice or two roti with good vegetables curries. Dal, soya chunks, rajma one of these must. If non veg you can have one curry non veg one vegetarian. 4pm vegetable or fruit juice 7 pm dinner small quantity of rice or roti with fish two pieces or paneer curry and vegetable curry. 9 pm take 3 dates. In every meal take yogurt or butter milk one cup full. Check your D3 and hemoglobin levels. Must be this two are poor in you. After checking full blood picture go to doctor once. He will give you dosages accordingly your readings. God bless you ma. Do walking for 30-40 min or yoga must.

Ramadevi garu reflection of my life is yours. I’m also going through menopause from last 7 years. Bucket full water poring like sweating 30 times per day. Feeling soo weak and low.
